Already an award-winning real estate sales person, Lynne joined Jack Conway to provide the very best services and opportunities to her many devoted clients. She listens carefully to make sure she understands her client’s objectives and preferences and she explains the home buying and selling process thoroughly. She reviews financing options and refers her clients only to quality mortgage professionals. For sellers, Lynne diligently prepares a market analysis of the value of the property to sell it for the highest price in the shortest time. Throughout the process of buying or selling, Lynne communicates consistently, so that her customers know what to expect as she negotiates astutely on their behalf.
Formerly, Lynne was the President of Andover Consulting and Training for 17 years, the Director of Admissions for Johnson State College, Vermont and a Marketing Manager for Wang Labs. Lynne is member & presenter for the Greater Hingham American Association of University Women (AAUW), a member of the Cohasset Chamber of Commerce, the Hull Yacht Club, the National and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors. She has served her community as a member of: the Board of Managers, Spinnaker Island & Yacht Club, the MainSpring Coalition of the Homeless Fundraising Committee, the Sail Nantasket Auction Committee, Event Committee for South Shore Conservatory of Music, and as a Volunteer Driver, Meals on Wheels, South Shore Elders.
Lynne holds a CAS in Administration & Planning, U of Vermont, a MA in Counseling, U of Rhode Island and a BS in Mathematics, U Mass Boston. She lives in Cohasset with her husband, Steve Johnson. Together they have four young adult children. They enjoy entertaining with friends, sailing, skiing, reading and walking on the beach. Additionally, Lynne is a real estate investor, with properties in Cohasset, and Waterville Valley, NH.
